Here is a trip report video of Berlin Brandenburg Airport BER that I think is worth watching, especially for people who have not flown from the BER for a long time (or never). Especially the first 12 minutes I think are worth seeing.
You can see some current impressions from Terminal 1, for example the new huge video screen in the departure hall, long-haul planes from Delta and United at the terminal, the relatively new Easyjet hangar, the private jet terminal and the government terminal.
The video was made exactly on the day of the farewell party of the old Schoenefeld SXF terminal (Terminal 5), you can also see Terminal 5 and the people on the visitor terrace of Terminal 5 at the farewell party.
