In your situation (and mine coincidentally), there is a window from 9th November (day after TP collection date expiry) until 31st December (card end expiry), where you should fly all of your TP earning flights.
Assuming BA retains the same TP earning system and IT, for next year, if you fly 4 BA marketed/operated flight segments between 9th November 2024 inclusive to 31st December 2024, earning the required amount of points for a given status, this should get you the desired status for all of 2025 until 8th November 2026.
