disappointed to hear that about room service. We stayed a Palazzo several times in 2022 and found their room service to be excellent, much better than other Vegas properties. Never had more than a 45 minute wait, however, we tended to be up early and ordered around 7 AM.

If their have room service has fallen down in the past year, that is unfortunate. It’s one of the things we really like about Palazzo.
