Better flight experience

I have never heard anyone want to move from NH to UA for this before. The service, food, and alcohol will be better on NH.

I don’t consider this a bait and switch. As demand to Japan increases, they are up gauging their aircraft. This route was normally 777 prepandemic and is one of the ones O would have guessed would eventually become 777 again.
