After a visit with no1 son at his new home at Rice University, he decided persuaded me to a quickvisit to NY so he could surprise his dad who would join me later there.
I purchased 2 UA domestic First tickets and was offered a chance to buy access to the United Club, fortunately with my LH SEN *G i could avoid the fee and bring my son in as +1 guest.

IAH is currently being renovated and it is a bit of a mess in the terminal and a complete zoo with the parking situation......

Allow me to give you the reader a photographic essay of the United Club Terminal C near gate C1.

and gets reimbursed $35 per visit per person by the airline issueing star alliance gold status for the passenger ...
in my case, Lufthansa ponyed up $70 to United for me and my son to gain access to the club

We were lucky to have witnessed the change in full glory and pristine ornate

Lunch is displayed from 11.30 mornings

Staff is holding back guests and asking them to queue up so that the UA Club kitchen staff can remove old items from the buffet and set up the new offerings.

Andto move on with the rest of the facility,
The lounge has gender segregated restrooms but no showers


Other facilities included 2 private work/phone booths




United agent service desk for all ticketing issues and such




The lounge has a departures board but no calls are being made, except the call that people should offer their extra seats as the lounge was getting at capacity
(was around 11.15 morning on a Monday)
