Oct-4's AC91 GRU-YYZ had a 2h+ hour delay and the IFE wasn't working, plus the IFE was locked on full bright on the seat right next to me, making the coach 10h red-eye a real pain to deal with.
AC did reach out offering a 15% discount on next tickets, but I wonder if I could ask for something more/different in the form?
Any tips are appreciated as I learn things on the flyertalk community.
