I traveled to Alaska in mid June judt before summer solstice

Anchorage to Seward has no tunnels. It’s one lane primarily each way.

I stayed a few nights in Seward and did a full 8 hr cruise thst leaves around 8am. The waters can be very choppy and on my trip it was not ideal. They gave folks the option to back out. These are smaller boats so you will feel the waves more. There are 2 different paths to go. The boat I was on did the shorter/ farther north one and it includes a meal on an island

from their went to Denali. It’s 4+ hrs from anchorage. The full tour I took went down the full 90 mile road. This took 13 hrs. Leaves at 7am coming back around 8 pm. I stayed at a nearby hotel from where the tour originated from. Thr park has only about 15 miles paved out of the 90 miles of road. The rest of the road is bus only unless you are camping/ stsy st lodging in the restricted area. Even then you must use the park bus lodging.

now with the issues with the road closures limits what you can see.

I did this in conjunction with my sister driving to alaska on a trip of a lifetime she did over 6 weeks. She wanted to track inside the article circle for solstice day. Anchorage sun time was setting around 11 pm and riding around 3 am Fairbanks was sunset after midnight and rise around 2am

given your short time I’d look at just focusing on Seward or homer or taking a flight to katmai or doing something like Gardyloo suggested.
