Los Angeles phone always busy?
How is it possible that a major international airline like EVA could have a phone support number that is impossible to get hold of a live agent?
I must have called over a dozen times between 10am and 1pm PT today.
Either it was a busy signal, or it would make me go through a few phone tree options, then apologize, tell me they are too busy, and call back later.
It's just inconceivable to me that this is the level of customer service a major airline would provide.
Am I overreacting?
