Taking the $300 as "goodwill" does not preclude you from pursuing a claim for the rightful amounts set under the regulations.
Agreed, however, does *exactly* 3 hours delayed qualify as "more than 3 hours" for the purposes of entitlement to compensation? If yes, I'll pursue. If not, I wonder if folks think this is reasonable...
