Points rejected by participant
Hi there,
Has anyone experienced this before; I made my flying blue account about 2 weeks ago. Today i tried transferring points amex to flying blue and i got a rejection saying "rejected by participant" I called amex verified everything was correct, then i called flying blue to ask. Multiple people said they have never heard of this before and they didnt know what to do by escalate it.My husband then made an account to and tried to transfer his points so we could book the flight. His to came back with the same rejection. Does anyone know what we are doing wrong? We both have two different business amex. Im hoping they can get it resolved so i can book the fare i was eyeing.
