Considering the flights are in one booking (booked with AF), I assume my luggage will be automatically transferred to the AF flight and I only need to go to T1.

Since your baggage will be checked through, you will have more than enough time -- assuming that your first flight arrives on or reasonably close to schedule.

At the moment, the T1 AirTrain station is closed, so if you will be traveling anytime soon, you would take the AirTrain from T4 to T8 (a free, six- or seven-minute ride), and then transfer to a shuttle bus from T8 to T1.
