I do not know how recent the information is, but the lounge in STR has reopened. I will update the wiki.

his message posted in 2017 may still stick to the reality, although it may have been refurbished as it looks pretty new.
The lounge is very small but we were only 2 passengers while I was there (less than 20 min, I was on immediate turnaround as part of a well-known XP run from STR).
Lounge entrance (you need to take stairs or elevator not far from gate 316 AF uses).
Very avgeek wall decoration!
Close-to-be good view on the apron...
Food zone, although you better be thirsty than hungry!
"Chicken or pasta"-style snack distributor
