And it's not completely useless to give your KTN on international flights on Airlines that participate in TSA PreCheck. You at least get your departure-from-the-USA leg TSA benefit. Not so much the return-to-the-USA leg, though.
yes, I always make sure they have the most up to date passport number. But just a sidenote, recently one of my daughter didn't past the GE kiosk facial scan and had to go to manual passport check. Does this happen often and is this just a bug or should I make a GE appointment to update her picture?
