Nice report. Prebooked "limos" rarely get you a quality service in NYC. From airport to Manhattan a taxi from the stand is going to run you about $100 "all in" and there's no waiting. For hotel to airport at a place like the Edition you can find a cab back (it's a fixed price from Manhattan to/from JFK) or book a local car service, there are a few that are regularly recommended with high quality service
