If you compare IC and hotels please do remember that on an international scale or on cultural / state / region / national levels concerning club lounges

- certain alcohol is not allowed free standing in view
(IC Barclay does no hard liquor (>certain%) only wines and stuff: NY permit)
- certain alcohol is only by staff pours
(IC Houston served by staff only : Houston/Texas laws)
- certain alcohol is locked away and only available at set times
(IC David TLV hidden in plain sight locked : during Shabbos)
- certain alcohol is always available
(IC BCN as nobody minds if you get sloshed)
