When I applied last spring, I had my bonus XPs and points for the initial purchases applied pretty much instantly, but since July my purchases (including a AF ticket) never got posted to my FB account. Brim says to call FB. FB says to call Brim. In the end, I cancelled my AF flight, so now have a credit to my account. Once I use that up, I’m cancelling the card and not giving them any more business.
i wonder if Brim falls under FCAC in order to lodge a formal complaint about their lack of commitment with their point program.
