Missing Avios/TP

Hi there,

Apologies if there is already a section covering the approach and please do point out where.

I have a situation where I've flown DUB-LHR-JFK-MAD-DUB itinerary on Aer Lingus/BA/Iberia. All of the flights have posted now (about 5 days after the trip). However, the LHR - JFK leg is missing, which was operated by BA but sold under AY flight code. I tried to claim missing Avios using the link on BA website, however, when I enter 105 ticket number, it throws me an error asking to wait for 3 days after the trip despite the fact it has been 5. I suspect as the ticket stock is AY, that's probably the reason I am unable to use this facility. Well I thought the better of it and submitted a claim for a partner airline. However, in the claim it is now showing that the flight was operated by Finnair (which it was not). Are they likely to correct the Avios and TP (of which I am missing 140 required for bronze) based on this claim, or should I explore another avenue?
