Last time I flew into CGK on QR, I landed at 15:25, was out of immigration and customs within 20 mins (had e-VOA, was #2 in the immigration queue). But you have to decide your own appetite for risk, ease of getting another flight last minute, and cost of lost flight. Citilink would be my choice over other LCCs, and they are also frequently late, so as long as you make check-in / luggage cutoff then I wouldn't worry too much.
I was in CGK last November and getting through the airport (including VOA) was simple. Does anyone know the cut off time for checking in for a domestic flight with Citilink. Do there check in desks at CGK get crowded?
