As an infrequent visitor of the Hilton chain without the diamond status, is Hilton Conrad worth a visit? I heard the regular buffet breakfast has some really cramped seating areas. Maybe the breakfast from the lounge is better, but I doubt I will purchase the lounge access. How does it compare to the nearby Athenee Hotel? I had a recent stay at Athenee earlier this year. Although as a Marriott Gold, I wasn't so impressed due to the aging hardware and not ideal view from my room. Athenee also doesn't offer fresh coconut at their breakfast buffet. How does Conrad compare to Athenee? I think Conrad has a better view with refurbished rooms.
