Yes, I had boxes and wash bags two weeks ago from DUB and BKK. Just mildly surprised that the box doesn’t make it on to all Northern Europe departures.
I think generally flights that are less than 6 hours don't get the full amenity kit, and if I remember correctly, even those to VIE (less than 6 hours) don't get full amenity kit (which makes it one of the outliers for western european destinations).
