My practical concern is that since it took BA 3 months to reply initially, who knows how long they will take to reply to any follow up question ... so I may get stuck in a loop ?. Should I mention CEDR or just literally ask if this is their final answer? Should I be saying I don't agree? [apologies these must seem like silly questions!]
If it's been more than 8 weeks you don't need a deadlock letter, just go straight to CEDR (assuming you have some evidence of when you first contacted BA)
