You need to talk to hotel to understand if this is a fire code constraint, mistake in loading room rates or, hotel just violating Hilton rules on kids under 12.
I tested with 3 adults vs 3 adults + 1 infant, the latter also skyrocketing price than the first one. How could an infant affect fire code? There must be a bug in the searching system, treating all kids as adults.
