Good question! I’ve had exactly this last 2 times going to EDI. Given the choice I would have preferred exit row especially as I’d already eaten. But think it would be a massive pain for the GA to have to undo it and upgrade someone else. So for a 1-hour flight I’d just suck it up and not cause a fuss.
