Thank you all for your comments and suggestions! Since we are HBO and only have a 4+ hour connection between LHR and LGW, we decided to buy the National Express ticket, with Change & Go, departing LHR at 14:20. Our flight is scheduled to arrive LHR at 12:30. Our intent is to get on an earlier National Express bus. There are several that depart between 13:15 to 13:35.
