In addition, given that this itinerary is many months away, at some point, the layover may end up being more than 2 hr, and it may end up being less than 2 hr. AA (any airline, really) changes their schedules from time to time. With plenty of flights out of DFW, especially being on a Business Class ticket, if that 2 hr layover shrinks to something unacceptable, that will be easy to change.

The departing terminal may say A now but that has basically no meaning at this point. Even on the day of travel, departure gates can change to another terminal. Take Skylink from D to whatever your BOS flight is departing from once you are there.
