Kinda. For the purpose of the engagement bonus, you need the PLATINUM CashPlus, which still has a $25k requirement.
Remember you don’t need a CashPlus to get an MS Plat. Just an MS relationship which is commonly done via a brokerage account. And you can’t get a CashPlus without a brokerage account.
