Yes. Just to clarify, the original delivery date (I didn't include it) was the 16th. We made our call on Friday the 24th when the in-laws spoke on the phone. Since Sat. was Christmas, they were "offering" Monday delivery which was the 28th, a full 12 days after the promised delivery date. For the Monday the 28th delivery, they were offering the 50% off. My mother in law said "no" and got full refund.
