In a weird situation right now. Booked a free night award + top up points redemption.

reservation disappeared from bonvoy app last night before arrival. Have screenshots of confirmation and all. Called Douglas reservations, the reservation does not exist at all. Confirmation number is now under another individual on a cash rate.

points deducted from bonvoy account though.

will update and see where this goes.

edit: they had to recreate the entire reservation since it was already tied to my FNA and points redemption. I could see the other person’s reservation on the app for a short period along with their room number. My best educated guess is that someone screwed up and modified the wrong reso to begin with.
