They said up front, before sales started - no reseller tix, platinum, etc. I opted to be paid out as soon as they offered just to make me whole. It did not look like this deal was gonna work out. I got paid out on Sept 19th. I don’t know if they’ve managed to resell my tix - I have not accessed my ticket master account & I’m not gonna until they ask me to. The first concert is in 2 weeks… 😬

Please note that the purported “evidence” in the form of an e-mail from PFS is actually a follow-up e-mail from PFS reminding folks to buy more tickets when they are released at 11:00 a.m. Ticket sales for east-coast venues were already underway when PFS announced that they would not be purchasing reseller and “platinum” tickets. Those restrictions were not part of the original PFS offer (unless you can produce an e-mail to the contrary).
