No - They can buy I class if it is available. :-)
I do believe if BA chose one flight from JFK to LHR as over 10's only, that they could command a premium price.
Whether adults can be as obnoxious as babies is not really relevant - Let's face it who would prefer to have a baby next to them on a long flight - No one.
