Just had a cascade failure thought ......

If AC is sending expertflyer and seatsareo some strong letters to stop datascrapping...

How would this impact normal paying customers whom have a contract with pointme,
have provided via the AwardWallet Sync,
their FFP login details + accounts,
to find award availability,
are those divested personal account access now used by pointme
and by an extra third party
also a part of the "offensive" datascrapping method ro display award inventory for the user and all pointme users?
putting one's own personal account/tenure/milesvolume at some sort of risk ?

You can say a lot about AI, BOT, scripts nowadays being more intelligent in 2 way directions getting to the source ....
A Skynet or Viki in the making ?

And to return back to EF....

This could mean also that the is a chance that end users of seatsaero / expertflyer might find some of their personal details / usage data be used in the legal proces / courts of law ......

I could all be wrong though because the legal aspect & data privacy might strech from local to state to federal to national to international to global regulations or there is really nothing to worry about....
