Had a stay in late September as a non-member (Hilton Gold but booked through Citi Travel).
- Booked twin beds, but received king bed at check-in. Front desk saying the reservation shows king bed, despite me showing the reservation as twin beds on Hilton website. Told us nothing can be done as hotel was full.
- Bathroom had water leaking from the ceiling above the shower stall. Front desk initially insisted on having someone to check next morning, but gave us another room after pushing back.
- The second room had the same issue - water falling from the ceiling above the shower stall. Front desk said really no other room available. As water was only dripping down instead of literally raining down, and it was way past midnight, we didn't push for another room.
- The breakfast was quite good, loving the local varieties. However it was very crowded and we had to share a 4-person table with another two guests.
- Mentioned the leak issue at check-out, front desk said they'll have someone look at it, and encouraged us to book directly with them next time.
