It’a unfortunate that adult only flights are unlikely to be commercially viable - otherwise i’d be fully on board with it.

If you can’t control your child then it’s completely selfish to take them on a long haul trip - similarly i’ve never understood why people feel the need to take new-borns onto planes, again - selfish behaviour putting the baby and other passengers through a complete ordeal for a holiday that it’ll never remember.

Unfortunately I see poor parenting behaviour in every day life. Kids running up escalators, into roads etc etc. and parents seem happy enough in many cases to just laugh it off.

Why on earth should somebody elses out of control child be anybody’s responsibility other than the parents?

Won’t be long until this thread is shut down as this argument rears it’s head every few months.
