Morning all,

A couple of friends were supposed to be on this morning's BA 372 from LHR to TLS, so they could attend the Fiji v Portugal Rugby World Cup game tomorrow night, but the flight was cancelled late on Friday night. Could someone find out the reason for the cancellation when they have a moment please.

Also, they've decided to abandon the trip and have requested a refund via the BA App. Does this affect their EU/UK261 entitlement?
