The watch lighter is bulky and looks mickey mouse(toyish).

The flame emits from the TOP portion of the watch, and it comes up on the X-RAY as no ordinary watch, so your CASIO's...etc are safe. LOL

As far as the Altimeter, this is the same way they downed the Lockerbie airliner.
