Hi all. No point starting a new thead. I'm trying to figure out when I'm eligible to use the lounge. After searching for ages as customer service didn't really have proper answers it seems I can use it 4 hours prior to departure for the middle leg TUN-JED-BKK as I have a connecting flight but it's not the same day arrive 6pm JED leave at 1am for BKK. Sure the website example mentioned same day flights.

Not sure of the timings surely I can use it before check in so can use it when I land and go to check in and through security about 11.30? As that would be within 4 hours or do they mean 4 hours before departure so 9pm lol

Will be flying economy LGW- TUN with tunis air, then TUN- JED (think I can use it here). Know the rest pods get booked up and the airport hotel is expensive but no time to really sleep anyway.

Have I misunderstood anything. There doesn't seem to be any process or pre registering just making sure I don't get turned away when we go to the desk.
