I want QR metal in DOH-AUH to use AM lounge and additional 3 hours in DOH.

Are there any tricks to achieve what I wanted?
I don't know any tricks beyond what you've already done. But you'll have AS lounge in DOH if on QR metal since AUH is marketed as First. AM is the business lounge.
