Maybe I can't follow instructions or perhaps I was exhausted after my flight in from NZ but I struggled to find this hotel once I got out of the lifts from the T2 terminal plaza. I asked a car rental office bloke and he waved 'over there' to me. If the cars are parked nose to tail, head to the far end of the car park from the lifts. You will encounter a lobby nd entrance corridor. I did spend a good ten minutes wheeling my luggage trolley looking for the entrance - all I wanted was my bed.

BTW as a Hilton Diamond I got second floor with car park ramp view and nothing else. I will avoid avoid this place and use T4 or T5 full-fat Hilton as their rates are generally kinder.and the service is far less indifferent.
