Another data point.
I have a problem with Monday flights booked myself. 2 hours on hold so far. no offer of call back. hostage to them really.....
Already emailed CEO once last time this happened.
As a side note, I rang Tandem with a problem and spoke to someone in less than 30 seconds and instantly sorted. Also interestingly she could see R class.
