Usually, you just add an SSR (Special Service Request) and then request at the counter for a wheelchair to be brought over. At busy times, this can take quite a while.
I don't recall the specifics, but it said use dropoff door 4 and proceed somewhere to inform them you need chair. It was kind of like the message for express luggage dropoff.
