The Clown Show continues!

I tried several times to contact BAEC (today) on Skype but the numbers dialed were not working with Skype initially. Trying to contact via the +44 203 250 0145 number was as useful as the proverbial "Tits on a Bull". The fellow who answered that number did not even have a clue how to contact BAEC from outside the UK. I am currently in Portugal.

Finally I got through to a lady at CS. Jenita was VERY helpful and efficient as she took down all the ticket numbers of flights taken and flights missed. Hopefully, I will get the ORCs. She did mention that it could take 28 business days.

I just MAY send all documentations and requests to BA CS in Uxbridge by snail-mail and register it to (hopefully) receive delivery. Getting tired of this Clown Show.

For my next trips, I have flights booked to Tirana with A3. I will see if any screw-ups occur there.
