I have an upcoming 2 night stay around Torrance (LAX) and redeeming Marriott.

I narrowed it down and made reservations at Manhattan Beach and Buena Park. Buena Park is 2/3 cheaper redemption and save me $20/night in parking. One needs to be cancelled! Basically I can stay 3nights at Buena Park for the price of 2 nights at Manhattan Beach plus free parking.

I am flying back on a Friday - Gmaps shows 40 min to 1 hr 15 min for the 28.4 miles drive to Hertz. There is also some construction and Hertz says "Due to ongoing construction at Los Angeles International Airport, all customers will be picked-up and dropped off at the arrival level of the airport. When returning your vehicle, allow at least 2 hours before your departure due to traffic being heavier than usual."

I am debating which one to cancel - also wonder if there is another workaround?
