The premium offer lasted about 5 mins so yes all free. It's on the LOT MAX's (so not the ones with just stickers on from Blue Air, like LVK, LVL etc) and I think LWF/G but don't quote me on that, being a distant memory of those being the DXB aircraft that had the nice seats ripped out.

But in any case, when I was on one of those MAX's last week it wouldn't connect. The crew said it was inop.

I can't say there's a route which is always gonna have it, because they switch the aircraft around so much, those Blue Air luxury aircraft even go to LHR sometimes (they don't have Row 1 DEF).
