They said up front, before sales started - no reseller tix, platinum, etc. I opted to be paid out as soon as they offered just to make me whole. It did not look like this deal was gonna work out. I got paid out on Sept 19th. I don’t know if they’ve managed to resell my tix - I have not accessed my ticket master account & I’m not gonna until they ask me to. The first concert is in 2 weeks… 😬
Thank you for providing the receipt. All those people claiming there never was any instruction or restrictions, well, it seems the real issue is not following directions or lack of reading comprehension.
Sucks the terms changed, but this is what dealing with buying groups can be like.
