Interesting. Where does it tell you to go? The wheelchairs are located on the back side of the UA counter at IAD. Did it tell you to go there and just get an ABM employee & wheelchair there? Usually, you just add an SSR (Special Service Request) and then request at the counter for a wheelchair to be brought over. At busy times, this can take quite a while.
