We are here now for a work conference. I am enjoying it. Husband is Lifetme Titanium, and we did not receive an upgrade. In fairness, the hotel was sold out due to several groups. The clerk did go check with her manager, but the answer was no. Even though the hotel was full, it did not seem crowded or too busy overall. One pool was very busy in the afternoon. I mostly went to the beach and used the beach chairs, umbrella, and towels provided by the resort fee. The attendants were terrible, there were 4 of them, and they just sat in their own chairs talking and being on their phones.
The restaurants were fine. I went to Quinn’s, Kane, Piazzi, and Maia. The Mediterranean one, Tesoro, was was. closed for private events on 2 occasions. Caeser salad was $14, without protein. A burger was $22, which seemed a little high. It includes fries and watermelon. The burger was good. Tito’s vodka martini served in a plastic cup, (table was on the sand), was $20,
Breakfast benefit was continental, and $10 to upgrade. I upgraded daily, it seemed reasonable. Buffet was good, bacon was crispy.

For the right price , I would like to return. I find that many resorts are complicated, too far from the beach or pool, or restaurants. It took 5 minutes for me to get to the beach, pool, or a restaurant. Guest laundry is provided on the 3rd floor, it is complimentary.
