Well, MMX has tried to become the go-to LLC airport for the Öresund region several times over the past decades but without much success. CPH owning RKE may be a problem as it obviously destroy any chance of competition but relatively close to the city and with good road connections, I dont think RKE would need much more than a small terminal upgrade and a shuttle bus to become a good alternative for FR/W6
