I read that some people are being turned away for EOA because they did not schedule an interview. If I manage to schedule an interview, do I need to leave the country, or can I go to the airport and do the interview there?

EDIT: Ok I found a GE interview location inside the US and it's not an airport, so I assume scheduled appoint for GE interviews does not require one to leave the country?
