Clarifying the T&Cs is always helpful HadesNL as I think many people simply don't read them and then come here asking if they get lounge access or free breakfast with Ambassador. When I start with a new loyalty programme I always spend a good deal of time learning what the fine print says. It is better to be informed than to be disappointed.
