Does anyone know what is the procedure for GE enrollment on arrival for non-US citizens and non-GC holders? The situation is there is conditional approval. Landing in SEA if that helps.

• Can the non-citizen just go to the GE line and find a GE officer to complete enrollment and do the interview? The GE line is usually with US citizens and GC holders? Or is there a separate GE line that is not with US citizens and GC holders?
• Or must the person go through regular CBP for non-citizen line, then go over to GE. But if this happens, you would be already admitted into the US, so you can't go enrollment on arrival because that needs to be done before you enter the US right?
